Delivery Policy

 

Just somethings to note about our deliveries:

• For same day delivery options, please choose the products with the "same day delivery" ribbon. Some products will require advanced notice for delivery and this will be indicated in the product description

• At checkout, you will be guided to send directions for the delivery. If you wish to send a google map location, you can send the link via our message chat on the website or whatsapp text to our number 242 436 6171

• Once your order is submitted, we will begin preparation and your delivery is made within 3 hours.

• When your order is officially made, we will send proof by picture through whatsapp or email.

Other Tips

• If your gift is a surprise please message us to ensure that your person is in place for delivery, otherwise the item will be left at the front desk or doorstop etc

• If delivering to a hotel, it is your responsibility to be aware of hotel policies regarding balloons and deliveries (there will be no refunds if the order is delivered  but not accepted by the hotel)

• We only deliver within the island of New Providence
